I decided to jump on the blogging bandwagon! I know that teacher blogs have been a wealth of information for me, so I decided to jump in! I have not run across as many media specialist blogs, so I thought it might be helpful to put all of my ideas in one place with the hope that others will do the same! I am passionate about books and technology! I think that the two make a powerhouse of learning potential. I am always looking for ways to make information engaging for students!
This is my second school year as a media specialist, the first full year. I was in an elementary school last year that closed due to funding and this year I have moved on to high school. As is the case with other schools around the country, our school system will be making cuts yet again this year. I will be at my third school in three years! Starting over is always daunting, but I am excited to see what this change brings!
